I am regarded as an unconventional, visionary thinker, I champion innovative solutions to elevate organizational performance and have developed, managed, and executed strategies to improve organizational effectiveness and drive business operations. I am a member of the Board of Directors of Cosmopolitan Health Insurance, a subsidiary of the Jospong Group of companies. I have been working with the Ghana Airports Company Limited for the past 8 years and is the Assistant Director Customer Service. My passion for excellence has resulted in a complete revolution of the GACL brand through phenomenal customer experience initiatives and strategies. Under my service leadership, the Ghana Airports Company Limited has won the following awards -The Ghana Business League award for the 2024 Business Leader of the Year (Customer Service-Public Sector) and Airport Council International’s Airport Service Quality (ACI-ASQ) Winner for the Best Airport by Size and Region in Africa (Kotoka International Airport in 2019, 2020 & 2021).

I have held various positions in recognized institutions. My career journey includes Customer Service Manager at Ghana Community Network Services – GCNet (2010 – 2016), Head of Relationship Management at K-Net (2010), Network Engineer and Service Delivery Manager at Africa Online Ghana Limited (2003 – 2010).
